Eligibility & Educational Qualifications
Master degree in Plant Pathology of Agricultural faculty with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade 6.50 on 10-point scale) with good academic record. NET (ICAR/UGC) is compulsory for candidates with a Master's degree, along with one publication in a NAAS-rated referred journal. NET may be waived for candidates with a Ph.D. degree only if the Ph.D. was completed with course work as prescribed by UGC Regulation 2009 and the candidate has at least two full-length publications with NAAS rating not less than 4 on the last date of submission.
