Eligibility & Educational Qualifications
Counsellor: Master's degree with at least 50% marks in Psychology (Clinical or Counselling) or Social Work (Medical & Psychiatric) with practical experience, plus 5 years' counselling experience. Junior Engineer (Civil): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with first class and at least 5 years' field experience in civil works of construction/maintenance/renovation, or Diploma in Civil Engineering with first class and at least 8 years' field experience in the same kind of civil works. Preference is given to experience in CPWD/PWD/Govt. norm-based organizations.
